Our Exchange/Return Policy:

We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. That’s why we offer a 30-day* 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn merchandise with all tags attached within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Please allow us 10-14 business days to receive and process your return. In the unlikely event you receive damaged or incorrect item(s), simply contact our customer service department and request a pre-paid return label. Our mistake will cost you nothing.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

·         Any item that is worn or laundered or not returned in its' original packaging with labels attached, or any product missing the serial numbers or UPC tags.

·          Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery or are missing tags or packaging may be subject to a restocking fee (20%).

·         All Panties/Pantyhose/Underwear (Excluding Bras) are final sale according to state law, or any item(s) listed as Final Sale.

·         Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged (not caused by manufacturer).

·          Any order returned in whole or in part that included free shipping (and falls under the free shipping purchase minimum) will have a shipping charge equal to a normal applicable shipping fee deducted from the total refund ($5.99).

·         Any RETURN of 5 items or more will incur a restocking fee of 20% as well as the normal applicable shipping Fees.

·         To insure you receive your credit or exchange, please include a copy of your receipt  and completely fill out the information below.

·         We also recommend using one of the following carriers: UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS Priority Mail (Insured/Signature Required). We cannot be responsible for merchandise lost/stolen when returned. Please protect yourself.

·         Any return qualifying for a discount that after exchange/ refund does not qualify for said discount, the difference will be deducted.
